In the event of account suspension or termination due to a breach of these Terms, pia777 is not obligated to return any funds held in the account, including real-money balances, where those funds are reasonably connected to the breach (for example, funds received as a result of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering).

Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to any breach by the player — such as pia777's decision to cease operating in a particular market — pia777 will return any verified real-money balance to the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pia777 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pia777 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

pia777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your pia777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• pia777 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• pia777 is not liable for any losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device failures, or network interruptions on your side.
• pia777 is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data, odds feeds, or sports results data used in the platform's sportsbook products.

All content available on the pia777 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the property of pia777 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pia777 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
